How to translate text in an image
Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. Enter the exact visible passage in Original text, then paste your checked translation into Replacement text. Generate an edit, compare it with the original, and download when the wording and layout look right.
Bring the translation you want to publish
Put the existing line in Original text and the reviewed translation in Replacement text. This workflow does not automatically translate all text or create a batch of languages.
Localize posters, packaging, and product screenshots
Adapt a campaign headline for another market, replace a short packaging label, or localize the main message in a product screenshot. For example, enter “Summer Sale” as the original and “Oferta de verano” as the replacement. That is a wording example, not a promise that every layout will fit.
Allow room for longer wording
Translated copy can be longer than the original. Prefer a concise, natural version; the model may adjust font size or spacing to fit.
Review language and layout together
Check spelling, accents, direction, and line breaks, especially for scripts with connected letters. A successful task is not a guarantee of correct language or unchanged background pixels.
Image translation, text replacement, and OCR
Replace Image Text edits words inside the picture using the translation you provide. It does not extract a document as editable text, translate an entire page automatically, or produce a multilingual batch. For a dense page, translate the copy separately and replace one passage at a time.
What happens to the original lettering?
AI uses the existing font style, color, and placement as a guide. Accents, longer words, and a different writing system can change how the text fits. Keep your source image and check the edited words and surrounding background before publishing.
